If your reference image is not clear, a good first step is to gather more reference images. Most artists don't work with just one or two shots of subject matter. Sometimes it's dozens of images from many different angles.
About photobucket, it seems like you copied the first image for the post. You need to first press the + sign in photobucket and the when the image comes as an overlay you press the + sign again to show original image that is better quality.
There's no reason to use images like this: I'm also not fond of you using images for paragraphs of text, the fonts you chose (don't need as many and they kinda clash) nor the header image thing. Layout is pretty good though.
I'm no pro on image hosting, but what site are you using? The image stromberg90 posted shows up fine, but none of yours are. Make sure your images are still being hosted and you have the right URL linked in.
You might need to fix your image links there dude. I can redirect it to your deviant art page, but make sure you get the image name and not the page url whenever you're linking your images.
Related to this, what do you think is the best organization tool for images, with keywords and such? Sure you can just sort images in folders, but what if you want to find all images which are in space, or by a specific artist or a specific type?
Will do! I realized it myself halfway through the process of setting up the images. It worked fine for the sculpt and WF images but when I came to the textured lowpoly image It didn't work quite as well. Was just too lazy to redo it.
i tried the free sample... and im wondering how should it be possible to render the sample image... the image does have undercuts... and even with an vector dispmap it wont be possible to get that image... i have no clue what to think about that...
