I definitely like this more. It certainly is a unique composition that still plays to the strengths of your reference. I look forward to seeing this as you define your forms and shadows further.
Just make More Hard edges and define the shapes more, some pieces looks like soft curved organics and that has to be changed since all this guns are very mechanized.
Here are some updates...still trying to fix the proportions and define some additional details like Kunais and a better belt to hold up here knife... anyway, hack away...
Animation in that cinematic just took the fucking cake, I've not been that impressed in ages. The screenshots definately don't do it any justice, it looks badass in motion. Gameplay vid tomorrow
Great style, I'd love to see how this game turns out. You could save some polys on the mainframe on the front detail and the top and let the normal map define that.
the wheels definately need more segments and even ones too. looks like they are lopsided right now. and post a wireframe version at some point, those are more useful to see.
That's pretty cool scoob, but a bit too shiny and wrinkly. Trying to keep this guy in his early twenties and stay away from the shiny and over defined q3-esque style.
sweet, I watch ATHF religiously. I think the textures definately need more detail and shading, Frylock looks like the singer from System of a Down!! hee-hee
