Eh? I called the images nav_active and nav_hover. If Rhinokey was changign the look of the site he'd need to edit the background images, masthead images etc. Now he alos gets to update the active and hover.
I'm building a composite material in 3DS Max and I'd like to add a MASK to a layer. I'm wondering...does the mask need to be an entirely separate image? Or is there a way to plug in the alpha channel of let's say...a targa or another 32-bit image? It doesn't seem very resourceful to need to create and use another image.
Dude, you gotta post these with images, not links. No one will look at them. Click that image icon (the yellow one with the mountain) and use this site I've linked below to link your images... http://imgur.com//
In the channel drop down beside the image slot, pick something that's not A. Currently it's looking for the value in the alpha channel of the image. You probably want R, assuming your image doesn't have an alpha channel...
I prefer Imgur over Photobucket because it won't resize your image. To imbed the image in your thread, upload, open the image, and copy the BBCode (for forums and message boards) to place here. Imgur
It may have more to do with not being able to render all those images and stream them as well. Having to render an HD main image + 4 480p(or whatever res it is) images is quite a bit.

Progress! Got it to display a list of the folder in hand (the images) and display the last image on that list (it uses the variable that gets used throughout and puts that in a variable to use in the image tag.. maybe use an array, hmm..
pinterest - you can search by image to find similar images and go down that rabbit hole artstation, if people tagged their images it should be pretty easy, just search for those tags "vehicle" "stylized" etc
new card illustration if anyone is curious about the earlier steps of the image you can check them out on the process tab under the image on cghub http://cghub.com/images/view/767496/ thanks for looking!
