Keep in mind that a single 4k map is almost 3 times the resolution of most monitors. Even for a hero vehicle, it's unlikely that the camera will ever get close enough to see that level of detail. Where i live, i'm still one of the few people with a 1080p TV. But it's because i don't watch the TV. BTW, the broadcast in my country is in 4K since early spring 2018. 4K HDR TVs is what almost all people owns in my neighborhood. We can buy a 50" 4K TV with HDR for less than 500€. Teachers that actually know about current game art and workflow. Pretty much anyone on PC with 500+ posts would be a better teacher at my school than the ones we had, simply because they have seen, read, and researched enough of this stuff, time and time again to at least have an idea what is happening in the games…
