Hello! It's been a long time since the last update, but I finally found some time to continue working on this model. I refined the high-poly version and created a low-poly model with around 11.6k triangles. Here’s the result after baking the maps. The mechanical arm is split into separate pieces for animation. -

Well, I probably suck at giving advice for what you actually asked for, but there are time management techniques/apps/websites like Pomodoro that might help you to stay focused by breaking down your sessions into smaller bits with regular breaks. But looking at your model, it would probably help to plan ahead a bit more.… -
