1) Is it legal? I don't know. But I suspect probably not. It doesn't matter much though because Gumroad is a private market place and can just delete your tutorial if they get a complaint or a DMCA takedown. 2) Could you get away with it? Maybe. I thought it'd make for good debate as to why medical costs are so high. If you don't care then don't post and never complain in the future about the high price of medical care. People who don't care to analyze the issue are the ones who tend to get screwed over the most.
