Shelf Load takes 10-20 minutes
Is this normal ? We recently acquired the substance database which I extracted the sbsar files to doucments>substancepainter>materials. Everytime I boot up painter it takes 15-25 minutes to load the shelf. -

I dunno, for me AE is a nightmare as it seems like there is NO WAY one can figure it out by oneself - it relies so heavily on keyboard shortcuts with no equivalent in menus or anywhere else in the app. I like programs where, if you understand the core principles,you can find your way just fine.
