Worked a bit on foreground and background, changed a bit lighting, also made a lowpoly/bake test for column elements.

There are a few elements you could replace by having them in the normal map like the selector switch and the mounting rails.

if you want the fbx to be placed at world origin, simply drop it on any UI element that is not the viewport Then the imported object will not follow your mouse drag afterwards

Bake To Texture in Max is pretty easy to use. If you're using Physical Materials and Arnold then the render elements are quite straightforward.
