Did you triangulate the mesh before baking? If not, my guess is it's due to applications triangulating differently. Best give just more information (wireframe, UVs, Normalmap) to reduce the guesswork. Ideally attach a problematic part so people can reproduce it on their end.
Hi thereI'm having some shading problems with ray tracing feature Without raytracing model looks smooth, but with it weird shadows appear on wireframe edges. Like it ignores the model smoothing. Is there a way to fix it?
I must say, nice character design. I love the low poly/painterly look - especially his bearded face - and exaggerated proportions.. It would be great to see wireframes. ;)
Could you post a picture of the same thing but in wireframe mode so we can see the ref underneath. It's a bit hard to critique without seeing the shapes you're going for.
thank you! I will try to achieve the best result thank you! yes of course. I will show you screenshots. thank you! I apreciate it. Here are the screenshots of the wireframe:
Such beautiful work. Stunning, really. Is there anyway you could show a just a grey shaded view or wireframe? I would love to see how you made some of the detail.
I'm working on something similar right now. Could you post wireframes as well? I'd also love to have a look at the high-poly versions. :) Really amazing work
Should post this over in the Pimping and Preview section (or have a mod move it) with a little bit more of a description, as well as a wireframe shot and texture flats to really get a good critique.
If each alphacard is just using the small image there as a texture it looks like alot of them are layed on top of one another rather than intersecting, could you post a wireframe?
