Hi! The easiest way to do it is upload your photos to an online image service like Imgur and then in the post editor click the yellow icon (mountain image) and paste the link. This will paste the image into your post. You can also link from your Dropbox if you have the image in your public folder, but Imgur is probably the…
I think the composition of the first image is far more effective than the second two images. The first image has a bunch of dark areas to rest your eyes as you move around and is more interesting. The other two images just have a ton of stuff going on which makes it hard to really focus anywhere or rest your eyes anywhere.
Best way to display an image is to host in somewhere else... like your artstation account, or even your web site. Right click the image and select copy url. Then on Polycount, click the little image icon on the text editor. It'll pop up a window that says what is the link to the image. Paste the link there and hit okay.…
hmm...seems to me that the images are somehow encoded in the plugin. I had a look for them on my HDD and didn't find them...ran the plugin and opened the Material in the Material Editor and let Max reveal the location in the Explorer (rightclick on the Image File in the Bitmap Map). It seems that that created the image…
alright redid the feet so it's not as boxy and redid the legs so there aren't as many polies and redid the body so there aren't as many horizontal hoops. When dragging Zspheres to try to create a branch shape, how do I control the size of the intermediate spheres? Basically, when I drag the spheres they start small and get bigger, but I want them to start larger and get smaller. See attached images for an explanation (where the red zsphere is the one being dragged) The…
* A DSLR is a must A DSLR isn't a bad choice, but a mirrorless camera is probably better, it will be smaller/easier to travel with and won't have a flipping mirror that can cause shutter shock. * Full frame sensor APS-C or even M43 will be good enough for the vast majority of cases but of course FF is good too. I wouldn't…
Hey. It's been a while. I've been kinda busy. Where do I even begin...? Well, first thing's first, I redid one of the action illustrations to make its style align with a section of my card game's website. I also managed to make all of the promotional art images for the characters of my card game. I did this for the…
I'm looking for someone to make some 3D models based off some Starships from The Orville TV Show. I would like to start with one then commission more work if it goes well (total it would be around 5 models). I would like these in .obj format. These don't need to be super detailed, just usable in a game. The "Krill…
Hi everyone! I'm currently working on a knife model. This is my current high poly (image attached). Now, I want to create a proper low poly version for baking and texturing, but I'm not sure about the best workflow to do this in Blender. I would really appreciate any advice on: * The general approach for creating the low…
