i loved using particle flow. May i suggest this training DVD http://www.turbosquid.com/FullPreview/Index.cfm/ID/236836 It helped me understand the new particle system much better. A note, the dvd came on a burned DVD, from Turbosquid. Not sure if yours will be the same.
