I read that this is a bug in Max 2015 SP3 - maybe it helps replacing the fbxmax.dlu in stdplugs folder with the one from the SP2 install ? -

Check the folder that the *.TGA exists in, and see if there's a *.PNG - try loading that when you reimport and let me know if that fixes this. :smile: -

You can also use the quick save button at the top of the screen. This will save your project to a quick save folder in lightbox. -

If you have SC2 installed there's a leveleditor in the root folder. You can type in SCV in the search box and open it with the scene editor :)
