@Aitnar - Most people use Marmoset Toolbag 2 to render their individual items. It has a built in Dota2 shader. http://www.marmoset.co/ No need for a marketing image unless you made, say a loading screen

a qc file is used for compiling. havent done any dota2 importer editing yet so i dont know. maybe you can replace a qc file and trick the importer that way. no clue

here is a small problem i encountered the smd file from dota2 requirements is diferent from the ingame model (i am doing something wrong regarding my presentation imges) potrait view
