The problem is this your videos are not scripted appropriately for presentation. You demo your stuff "as you go", step by step ... bit it is missing the one most important part, which consists of clearly and precisely showing the problem that your tool is solving, in the introduction. And *then* demo your tool.
anything could be made into a good movie if its done right, the chances of hl being done right are incredibly slim. but i'm sure it could be. and also people tho think a movie of a game would be a step by step walk thu of the game levels is pretty silly.

What have you tried so far? I or someone else could give you step by step instructions, but it's better for you to learn the "why's" rather than just the "how's". Think about the shapes. What two primitives could be combined to make this work?
