@Yerus: Bucket in V-Ray is just the way the rendering is split up (as opposed to progressive). For GPU brute force rendering (which is close to unbiased if you don't limit it) bucket rendering mode wasn't even available in the beginning iirc.
I've done the whole trying to press CTRL + Z to undo a mistake IRL a couple of times, but my biggest brainfart was probably that one time I tried to lower the volume of my parakeets by turning down the dial on my speakers...
Worked on improving the eye shader since I am using an old version of UE4. Added iris normal, more pronounced caustics and fake scattering by using wrap diffuse lighting. Vanilla UE4 eye shader on the left hand side.
Hahaha i just saw that come through, thank you so much! I'll get a case of a nice dark beer to celebrate. Though if i ever see you irl i'll have to buy a beer or two in return.
Zero - IIRC, you can't invite friends, or make custom lobbies or something along those lines. Apparently there's a "patch" coming out soon to remedy those (and other) issues. Five and a half years and they couldn't fucking finish it? Unreal.
errr that one is making a logical arc from the gun to the base and bending as much as it can. Yours is defying gravity and then making an almost 90 degree turn down. Its just a matter of thinking more critically about your reference.
Sadly, went all up and down the distance and project shell scale, and no dice. I had thought about just redoing the blade with not such a fine tip, for sure. But something irks me about not getting it like I wanted, lol.
Every product would be more impressive if it was shipped years earlier. Megatextures are more for artists working on the game to make their lives easier iirc. Its also hard to run it on the limited consoles. it looks impressive still on the pc with the latest patch
Looks awesome from a desing point of view, but IRL it would be filled with a lot of useless things that I don't see helping the bullet get from point A (barrel) to point B (someone's asploding head). Top notch though :)
Can't rotate the viewport in less you use the actual Arc Rotate tool. otherwise Alt+Middle mouse just cause the screen to spazz, and by spazz i mean it will zoom in and then when you let go it snaps back to where it was.
