i mean how are you creating the road and what are the issues you're trying to solve? it's hard to tell from the attached screenshot what you're trying to achieve and what's not working
Hello! For some reason Maya's UV editor isn't letting me scale in the Y-axis. Every time I try to use it it just scale in the x. I've checked my tool settings and my constraints are off and no video or search has been able to help me so far. Is there anything I should try to help me resolve this?
Wow... So I just ran through this whole thread from start to finish in one sitting and was crying from trying to keep my laughs in so my boss doesn't see me. LoL. You guys are crazy... Crazy awesome.
I feel compelled to write this up because I feel like this game needs to be seen. More specifically, has anyone cried because of this game? Yess! My man! I’m an environment artist with a background in organics. There are not many problems left that I would not myself try to script around, but the biggest choke point for me has been retopologizing and adding UV seams to lowpoly organic models. Maybe try flipping the green (and maybe the red) channel for your stitch normals. They look embedded in places, but the normals seem to be outside the string, which would speak against them being inverted, but it's worth a try. Maybe just calculated from a diffuse? Perhaps you can show the normal map and diffuse for some…
You wouldn't want to get it done unless you know a good doctor, one with a reputation for handling such procedures very well. The "dry-eyes" syndrome does happen. But it is usually more common in older patients. It is also more common in patients who might have other health complications. Both my parents got Lasik. My…
I'm just gonna go cry myself to sleep. Any advice on understanding how to create the shapes you need? I tend to get bogged down for hours trying to create some of the more complex high poly forms and shapes, getting them to smooth with no pinching and so forth.
