Does anyone know how to write a script in Unity that transitions between scenes on a timer (I.E. 15 seconds per scene) and then loops back to the beginning scene endlessly?

Hey all, I'm trying to make a sword hilt using panel looks for the grip part, and it's kind of separating them with a panel loop in the middle. Anyway to fix this? It creates a gap inbetween the portions, and i'd rather have it bevel twice and have them all still connected. Any help? Maybe do something other than panel…
