Edit: can you see the orange mirror plane helper? Reset xform (as Ruz says) *AND* re-centre the pivot. You can do this after skinning, just pop the reset xform under the skin modifier and Collapse To. You may need to toggle Always Deform on the skin modifier after doing this.
Is it possible to place a Reset Xform button on the modifier sets above the stack? I use this very frequently and can't find out how to place it there (do I need to use maxscript? Might be a good excuse to actually start learning it :) ) I need to use reset XForm because I mirror my models a lot and this can cause problems…
Okay this was a fun one to make. Basically I wanted to make my own modified version of the combine APC in PBR, from initial concept sketches (which I'll post soon) to final low poly render which I textured in Substance Painter and Photoshop. Let me know what you think!

Hey there When you're in Unwrap UVW and under face subobject is it possible to frame/zoom your view on your selection? I don't get why hitting "Z" (Zoom extents selected) works on everything else but not in the unwrap uvw modifier.
Hi i have these modular pieces, but one is a corner piece I applied a bend modifier but the smug bastard piece is giving me problems texture wise. I can make it fit and all, is just that the texture is being warped! would it be best to just create corner pieces apart from the modular sets? I have not had much experience…
