Here are some materials I made for the project. Rendered in Marmoset. Vertex paint will be used to blend between bricks and plaster. Bricks Plaster and Concrete for the floor.
Update: worked on the lighting and finished adding textures and some more geometry to create the bricks in the crack. Brick texture is the one from the Unreal4 Default Materials.

started sculpting the well. was trying to figure out how I wanted to do the bricks. decided to go with a row of rectangle bricks in the middle and a row of square bricks above and below it. I'm not that great at sculpting, so we'll see how this goes ^_^ it'l be good practice I'm sure.
Wow. Nice! Now I know what my fire escape should look like. The only crit I can give is the brick wall might look a little better if the mortar between the bricks was a slightly different color than the bricks themselves. Looks great, man.
I think I've been able to improve the brick material. I also vastly simplified the graph, and was even able to turn most of it into a single reusable node. I got this result by basically just plugging in a height map of the bricks and a Flood Fill to Position from the brick pattern into the node.
