Yeah I'm not sure how that'll feel, I do like the dscription of the game and with gilberts touch it has my interest. Not diggin the name and the screenshots leave me feelig a bit flat. Have you played any similar games on your computer? I have. I've played Gears of War, which was an excellent game in my opinion, but the worthless p2p connectivity completely killed it for me. It was on last night. Knowing the Discovery channel it'll be replayed a lot over the next month or so. Should be able to catch it during the day on the weekend possibly. I bet it does. MPEG2 on a DVD can only go up to 10mbps or so, though cameras often compress lower than that. DV is always about 29mbps. However... my sony dsc-t100 digicam records in MPEG2, and actually has better quality than the DV camera. Better/newer CCD I think. -

If your video card is ViVo compatible then guess what you can just plug your PS2 there and use some free software to view/record it. Like DScaler (www.dscaler.org) works great. -

I have a d70. What is your application? Do you want to have a Dslr camera? or do you want the portability and lower cost of a prosumer (point and shoot type with a non-removable lens). The only advantage the prosumer cameras have is size and maybe cost a lil bit (depending on which lens you buy woth your dslr) in the price… -
