I test again, disable the baselayer and export only 2 color layer and this is the result. It did not export anything else except that "Base" layer -

No everything bakes correctly, except the shell that i marked it's being baked as if it's it between the buttons and the cylindrical object, even tho the UV's aren't overlapping -

All the props are unique, except some such as the wall trim, some radiator pipes, and the metal bars which all share a simple trim sheet. -

Thank you! Yes, except for a transparent cube. Half of the effects are "one-shot" effects that are triggered using a script which needs an object to hit.
