it looks like you haven't done a secondary motion pass on anything yet. thats what really maks the animation have character. you still need some twist in the hips with each step, along with twist of the upper body. plus the head is stiff and part of the body, this along with the hands need follow through and overlapping…
it looks as if your hip rotation (what little there is) is translating up the spine into the shoulders and making him "wobble".
