Hey, I'll be in Boston for a couple months, arriving 6th June, leaving on the 8th of august.
I just started trying to look at the map, and gotta admit im pretty lost. I pretty much only have time for sight seeing over the weekends, and am looking for recommended spots and places.
Anyone in the area? Meet up would be nice, but I think the drinking age is 21? I don't qualify for that yet, but i could always have some cranberry juice or something haha!
P.S I will be staying at the MIT dorms i think, will be getting details during orientation over the next few days.

From MIT you can get to pretty much anywhere in Boston just by walking. You will be near by Harvard square and Cambridge so yeaa just go walking and get lost

Another spot I use to go for a walk and a drink was marina bay - like 30 min with the bus

few restaurants bars and a lovely view of the city.
If you need some more info on something before you get there feel free to pm me. When you actually get there you will see it is actually very easy to get around.
Enjoy your stay there
This might be a weird question, but would anyone happen to know of any hat shops in the area? A good friend of mine requested that i get him a newsboy type hat. Much like the "Ye Olde Baker Boy" hat that scout has in TF2. I wouldn't mind travelling a bit further to get it. So far I've come across websites where you can order them online, but a shop would be nice.
Thanks again disanski!
