For sustained performance pretty much liquid cooling is going to surpass air, as long as you are placing your radiators in the correct locations. I personally will always have my radiators on the top and front which pulling in cool air across the radiators with my bottoms fans pulling in cool air for the other components.…

The problem with this is that in Photoshop textures aren't filtered like they are on 3D hardware. In Photoshop, if you zoom in on your image, the pixels get larger and you can see the hard edges between them. Hi, best share some files so this can be reproduced. Looking at the UVs, are the sides stacked on top of each other? If so, I would expect issues from that. To test if that's so, you could bake just one element/ part or try not stacking those.
