The Elysian brewery in Capital Hill is also a good place for superior beer. I remember liking The Golden Fleece, and a very good friend of mine made their chalk boards so I'm biased Seattle is such a great city, I miss it.
It's good book if you are wanting to learn how to create textures and really don't want to have to search the net for loads of tuts. There also a bit of theory in there too. Oh, and I get a mention on the inside cover but I'm not biased, honest!
1. its a car show my g/f will watch. 2. clarkson is a foo, but he's been reviewing cars for donkeys years 3. lots of short man jokes and best of all its really really biased and unfair!
I'm much more of an, indie game kind of guy. Some of my favorites this year have been Beat Cop, Dynasty Feud (I'm a community manager, so maybe biased, but I've genuinely been loving it), and A Night in the Woods.
Negra Modelo is the only Mexican beer that I even find remotely drinkable. But I am terribly biased against light lagers, which eliminates most Mexican, Asian, and central European beers from my preferred list.

I'm doing VR hand models for To The Top: http://store.steampowered.com/app/509250/ I may be biased because I'm working on it but it's one of the best VR games I've ever played, that's the main reason I wanted to get in on development.
I just started playing Second Son and I have to say, it's one of the best looking games I've seen. Fantastic job all around and especially the vfx, those sweet sweet vfx... (I might be biased... :D )
I am not biased. I don't need to be biased because I built most of that Sony Demo's assets and I built most of the E3 demo assets, so what I am, is informed of the facts rather than speculating upon them. Do you realise that you are arguing with the guy that made the assets you think are less detailed? Doesn't arguing that…
