Other way around for me - my time playing Torchlight has been slowly diminishing, and I've been getting more into Borderlands. I think the one downfall of Torchlight is repetition. I just hit level 26, and to be honest, I'm struggling to find the motivation to keep going.
you can get an underground travel card that will take you from heathrow to anywhere you need to get in london, not sure how much it costs though... i know it costs £26 for a return ticket from milton keynes into london with full underground for the day, so probably not that much.
I was 24 when i started with level design as a hobby (only some brief experience years before). Learned modeling when i was like 26. First industry job as a level designer with 27. Only started to be a full time 3d environment artist a year ago with 32.
Don't forget about his regular appearances on Scooby Doo To be honest, I thought he was already dead :/ Still sad to hear though. Here's another link: http://www.cnn.com/2005/SHOWBIZ/TV/09/26/obit.adams.ap/index.html (since the one above didn't work for me)

Great start but I agree with the previous comments, if you want a nice idea of how it could look, you can check Antropus's B-Movie entry, he did an awesome pin up model. http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=845251 http://assets.cgsociety.org/challenge/entries/26/19158/19158_1264999934_medium.jpg

An article on how Digital Domain CEO John Textor would like to have 30% of his workforce be students... who pay to "have the privilege" to work for them. I could very well see this happen in the game industry as well :| http://vfxsoldier.wordpress.com/2012/03/26/the-paying-to-work-for-free-vfx-business-model/
A bunch of the guys from #model_Design are getting geared up to hit the polycount TF2 server tonight and have some fun. We have admin control, so if you can't get in, message one of us that is and we can get you in. Hope to see you there! an IP would probably help... 75.102.38.118:27015
only 1600x900 resolution for a 24"? I would expect atleast 1920x1080. After getting used to working on a 26" at work, I've fallen in love with 1080p or higher for working, the clunky interfaces just doesn't fill anything! Thats why I love what Apple are doing with their retina displays, boosting dat resolution!
