Concept art isnt about rendering quality but rather a medium to share your ideas with others and do it very fast. IMHO painting quality concept art is wasted resource, the polishing part could be spent on alternate designs etc.
They should have done it on the last one. But my point is that they kick out these COD games so fast, they never have time to implement a new engine. And I haven't heard of new consoles coming any time soon.
You work too fast, I think you should get more lazy :D Dude I loved your last environment piece you did, looking forward to this one your textures..are so guud
Thanks everyone, I had a really fun time making gore, gunshots, etc :) learned a lot about Warhammer rules & lore. One last screen, this went by so fast! and its not shown in the cinematic moments camera.
You try to make a low poly, with a different approach than you usually take and the whole site goes insane, I am not the one exuding anger here. People were on me about making something that was low poly and mostly about textures, I finally decided to do something like that; I decided to use the method I used in the 900…
Hy everyone, I'm modeling for 3 years now, and I'm working in game industry. I decided to participate to this contest to get more skills. My idea of the throne room is a huge room made of metal and stone, with a futuristic mind, but still getting antic architecture. It will be abandoned like if no one lives anymore, so…
Hey all! The concept behind our idea was to paint the chair itself as the object of power (quite literally) and we couldn't think of any better than ultimate power of the justice system - the electric chair. Were still undecided as to what era to place it in but the chair has to be to the centre of attention with a viewing…
Hey all, It's been awhile since I posted on this forum but I've had a chance to work on my craft a bit and feel good about posting the current progress on this personal project. Its based on a personal concept of what a Destiny Guardians apartment would look like. I'm going to try to build as many of the assets as I can as…
If you are or any one is getting any "brand name" versions. I usually watch repair techs & they have .02's to add to the internal workings of which cards(companies) are good in comparison to the others, 1 & 2 some helpful information for the longevity of your products & when to check/change "pads/paste", are also mentioned…
This is totally possible but makes no difference since the shader would still have to do the same texture lookup 4 times but with different input UV coords. My advice: don't try to make this work. It's more work for a graphics programmer (are those textures hard coded in that order or could they vary? What if you don't…
