Software books get stale very quickly. I'd suggest making furniture out of them; a shrine to your memories.

attempted to make it tileable, texture is a 512 and i quickly tiled it on a 1024 to give you guys an example and the tiled version

Well marmoset is real time, you could get a nice presentation scene for WIPs set up fairly quickly.

The videos from megascan inspired me and I decided to quickly create the scene too. I use GAEA to generate HightMap and some meshes in the scene. I plan several points of interest on the map, the size is around 2x2km

You are absolutley correct. This workflow is a great way of iterating designs quickly - which is perfect for me as I'm not much of a concept artist.
