Here are some images of the stuff I made for an Annual Electronic Music Festival held in Santo Domingo. (: Everything was modeled in Modo, textured in Quixel Suite and put together in UE4. Sequences were later recorded in UE4's Matinee. They were projected on multiple stage screens during the performances.
is that max bones? biped? if max bones, you want to adjust your bias handles in curve editor so the 1st and last frames have the same in/out curves. there is also a button along the top of the curve editor that automatically loops the animation so you can get quick looping previews. if biped, you can use the curve editor,…
Until the 4th of June. Cool renderer for generating beauty renders of models. Good, fast, and cheap! It breaks the rules! http://www.refractivesoftware.com/index.php 49 euros which is about $62.05 usd when I converted it last.
Im just throwing this out there but here are some facts: - Your identy in type is basically made of 3 circles - When a propellor spins really fast, it looks like a circle Maybe you could do something with that? ;)
Unfold uv's is in Maya7, weeeeeeeeeeeee. I used it last night to map a high poly head and it was extremely fast, but sorry there is no real time feedback, but then again it only took me 2 clicks to get the head unfolded.
If you have very good stuff then it shouldnt be a problem. The leveling slow/fast seems to be very personal matter for example my char is lvl 16 and my last save shows over 25 hours played.
i used to play this map a lot not knowing that so many people like it, it has something special to it. Probably the fact that there's no hiding in this map and its size make it so dynamic, fast paced and fun :D
Hi Synaesthesia, Thank you for the fast answer. unfortunately the scaling is not the problem. The difference between the last two pics show how much worse the the Albedo gets, when I import it via the material manager.
Hi guys, two questions on optimization. First question: We have one texture for a bunch of objects that share uv map, we need to use two different shaders, one diffuse and one transparent. Ex. A car with a diffuse chassis and transparent windows. This will result in the windows having a large texture, but only occupying a…
