I think now I almost know how to sculpt skull . My question is that , now what should I learn after sculpting the skull? should I start to sculpting faces of any character ?
Starting to get more into 3D sculpting, do people usually make a base mesh by polymodeling in maya or something? Or is it common practice to take primitives in a sculpting program, I'm using Mudbox, and shape those into a base mesh?

with that much detail in the sculpt , I'd expect there to be quite a difference so there's got to be something else going on. might be worth uploading some pictures of the bakes / renders
isnt wrap more used to transfer existing topology onto a new mesh? say you have unified base topo for heads in your game, with wrap you can transfer that onto any newly sculpted or scanned head?
i never sculpt before a texture so if i need to sculpt i need to learn the basics to sculpt a tree bark. do you have any suggestions how to sculpt a good tileable tree bark texture
