The thing that worked for me was restricting my carb intake. No sugar- when I do eat it I restrict it to natural sugars, fruits and stuff; and that's only about once a week. If you are severely overwieght I would recommend Atkins diet. Just watch your sodium intake, and make sure 90% of your carbs are coming from veggies… -
