Relaxing a UV along one axis (x)
Im trying to create a rotating chain, the rotation will be done with a material which is why i want to keep the UV linear as you see in the picture. X-normal - high rez base texture.

maya isuue - Transalate x olnly moving by one unit even though no snapping is on. Did I press some key by mistake to turn this "feature" on? the mesh was dulptaced with instance option turned on. I deleted the instance and cleared history on the original mesh and the verts are snapping too.
