Iirc, in order to have it enabled you need to load the model with pre-existing UVs, i.e. option Edit, not New.

Yes, the specular reflectance is a bit different iirc but in terms of textures the Shader expects they're likely to be similar in most cases

Looking good, the only major problem I see is the arcs with the cross are on the wrong sides and it makes the top look busy.
