If they're large try something more along the lines of what they did in Ghost Recon: https://80.lv/articles/landscape-and-material-pipeline-of-ghost-recon-wildlands/ just custom bake will likely look rough on large things. Custom + tiling should work out well.
I'm determined to complete this character and not leave it half completed like I usually do. I think the high poly is 80%-90% done. I'm going to start building the low poly and start normal mapping to get an idea of where the last bit of polish should go.
Yep. I actually upgraded as well!! 5820k with a 780 running on a 650 80+ bronze. You should be goooood to go. Edit: Also, I love being able to work in Photoshop, Substance Designer, and UE4 without having to close one of them/my computer crawling to a halt!
More sketching. and some very early progress on a 80s painting, fueled by procrastination. I might have bit off more than I can chew by going with a pose like that combined with slight bird's eye perspective but oh well we'll see how it ends up.
[ QUOTE ] I know what it is: Impossible on veteran. DAMN. [/ QUOTE ] After the first batch of people, pick up the fallen FNP90 and use that. It has a mag of 80 rounds or so. Then, flash bang -> shoot -> flash bang -> shoot, over and over. And shoot from the hip, not iron-sight.
Yeah, I've got a super-slow torrent download going now... what the hell they can't have a real server with decent download speeds for us slobs that paid $80 months ago? :P I'm finally getting something like 150k, but earlier it was hanging around 50k :/
excellent send-up of 70's and 80's fantasy tropes. Korgoth himself is pretty obviously in the Brock mold, but that's just fine with me. i really enjoyed the comic timing of the show, especially the intro bit with the henchmen. here's hoping the henchmen show up in future episodes
I really like it now, a smooth mix of sci-fi and fantasy warrior. I kinda dig the 80's spaceman haircut. I think the checkered pattern looks good, however, it feels like it was just slapped in there. you could probably find a more fitting place for it.
http://blog.us.playstation.com/2008/05/15/grab-your-bolts%e2%80%a6secret-agent-clank-has-gone-gold/ Should be up now. I actually worked quite a bit on this level. Game should be out in mid June-ish depending on what part of the world you're in.
We are looking for a 3D modeler that has advanced skills with Maya and Blender to produce very precise human models. It is likely about 40-80 hrs over the next month with the need for quick turn around when changes are identified (this is part of a greater software development project)
