I think you might be confusing what the purpose of the Art Bible is, as opposed to what other artists in the company are for. The art bible is the Vision of the project. As long as they have an orientation that is a big wake up call that you are going to work and work hard. Making games is not the same as playing them. And more importantly getting an entry level position doesn't mean they actually want a new hires creative input, more than likely you will be making bushes and trash cans… -
