Thanks for it but i wanted it to be "shorten" and the hands need to be like penguin hands :) I will check this book when i have money. I will try with loomis etc :) Do you have any good tips on face? -

@Sanislov and @The Lone Penguin. That helped out a lot. and the holes on the end from being wonky. I have a question though. I am in maya and I am collapsing edges and merging verts, but some of my faces are looking like they are now in different smoothing groups. How do I prevent that from happening? -

still coming along, dont think there will be much more to do. as i want to keep it cartoony like the penguin. Any texture recommendations. quite hard trying to keep it cartoony and make it look like a lion. Thanks, Craig -

Been a while and totally forgot to post this stuff up, here is a penguin concept I was working on before. I intend to rework the final image but leaving it for now :) I do also intend to model him in 3d later this year. -

yeah, its great of course but most of the locations have their respective landmarks modeled. Tokyo kinda looks like every other city, at night time. Tokyo Tower would have been nice .. :) do we have polys to model one or two cute penguins on...island?, you mean antarctic right ;D elephant wins -

I was just wondering why there isn't a thread about it i loved it, it was totally awesome, and i loved the fact that the trailer gave away NOTHING about the movie except that there were dancing penguins and Robin Williams was one of the voice actors... Anyone else see it? From what i saw its #1 at the box office so far… -

well, I was only rigging a simple penguin. It won't take much time on my second attempt I guess. Especially if I use that mirror weights option... if I figure it out as for paint weights: I clicked it, painted. It draw a squiggly line.
