bad sleep habits
haha i know my sleep patterns are off kilter when on irc i see people from Europe to the west coast of the US going to bed, getting a full night of sleep and waking up for work and their daily routines before i even feel like crawling in bed. and i'm not even working third shift any longer! man.. what a crazy few months… -
