dev servers are the same, but devs are also given the option to connect using offline mode. so they can still test stuff, just nothing involving multiplayer or networking, such as rewards and trophies and what not -

I'm a bit confused..when baking a high poly mesh only using xnormal, I need to plug the same file in both high def and low def meshes and then run the bakes? -

The jungle creeps are generally partially enclosed to create that den like feel. I like the thematic your going for though :) -

lysaara: I can't speak for Korean game devs but I've had experience with Chinese devs and they really don't like to deviate from the scantily clad women template - they kept equating modest clothing and realistic breast sizes as ugly. -
Google Play's new address policy
I heard some indie devs discussing this recently, basically by Sept 30th you must display your physical mailing address on your app page, no P.O. Boxes allowed. This is going to be a disaster. Google Play's Address Policy: Bad for Indie Devs, Bad for Android -
