I have a Lenovo X220. There is now an X230 and the newest Helix from Lenovo. For Tablet PC's the designs of the case are about the nicest for this style. Drivers and support and sales from Lenovo are a mess in my opinion, buyer beware. Great machine, could be improved with cleaner drivers, better support and better sales… -

I've had a few low end tablets at work and home. I would definitely go with Wacom if you can spare the extra cash. Its well worth it.
