Thanks for the paintover. I just moved the seam down with the move brush. Thanks for the back part, too! Will do that:) It does hang a lot better now. Much appreciated! For the helmet, I want to preserve that silhouette you get with the geometry. While alphas would be ideal, they mightn't be nearly as interesting as having…
Great concept choice, love Zhangs art! I think you rushed into the highpoly stage a bit too fast, I would have spend more time in the blockout making sure I'm matching the proportions correctly. You have a lot of problems in that area, most obvious is the sword handle and the cutout. It's also hard to tell from that…

Doesn't sound like a too complex…
Severely early stages of making a modular Izba (old russian cottage) but i wanted to post progress updates and get some critique going on. Should i go do a lowpoly of the rounded logs or just try to paint it to look like that?
Tried to challenge myself by doing a speed sculpt, and did it within an hour. I have a bad tendency to spend more than the time required on a single sculpt, may it be hours, days or even weeks. Original concept by Thomas Mahon on Artstation : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Jxmyz Truer to the concept: Artstation link:…
