Jump starting your imagination requires a lot of good fuel. These days we look to halo and mass effect for inspiration, but the designers on those teams both looked to Star Wars (gross exaggeration to make a point) for theirs. So who did the designers on Star Wars look at? Old radio serials like Flash Gordon, medieval…
Thanks for the feed back guys! @ Nuclear Angel Thanks very much! You confirmed some of my suspicions about the proportions. I don't mind a little "water balloonyness "in certain areas, but I'm definitely not going for malnourished. I did want bustier legs and fairly robust rump.... I'm working the proportions now, and will…
Hi everyone, I'm pretty stoked to share my latest project: Kaba Baiz's Meat Packing Plant, a UE5 game environment inspired by Star Wars and more specifically, the "Return of the Mandalorian" episode in The Book of Boba Fett. Very inspiring creature designs up here, and I love the functional but relatively simple look of the spacesuit, looks very convincing! Also checked out your portfolio, you've got some really interesting/inspiring stuff going in there tyler!

I designed this myself using real world radioisotope transport containers as inspiration.
Hey all! Sick stuff everyone! Here is one I finished last night. Obviously inspired by Sparth, one of my favorite contemporaries. I watched his recent tutorials, and I was super inspired. https://www.artstation.com/artwork/k2YxK

Got inspired to do some 3D art after coming across my old polycount account a few days ago. Haven't touched 3d in years and I had fun relearning everything. Felt fitting to post the finished result on here since it was the source of my inspiration. How'd I do? Reference Image / Concept Art:
