There's a lot of options but it's a good idea to have a look at the UE4 test levels and have a look at how the skies are made in those :)

I think UE4 supports at least 3 UV channels, just make sure you check the import settings.

Yup. Above the post where I started texturing is a post with a lowpoly screen. Everything from there is the lowpoly model in UE4.

If you are a student, you can get a UE4 subscription for free. It requires more work to set up shaders but it's purdy.
