Skull & Bones looks awesome! :smiley: It seems like I remember Ubisoft originally tried to have naval warfare in the multiplayer of AC Black Flag but ran into some problems and had to scrap it in order to ship.

I'd brush back up on my proportions, golden value spacings, and planes of the face. You have some good forms but the oral and ocular cavity areas need the most work, followed by the ears and skull.

very nice... I'd say the skull structure is off, the temples area in particular, looking at it from a 3/4 view it's just too wide and unnatural since she pretty much has a human head
I think the face itself is correct in size, the skull is a tad bit too high which I think makes the face appear small. Here's a quick paintover and a bunch of ladies with shaved heads for reference.

update: Worked on the anatomy some more plus some shapes, started adding some small details and touching up others. Starting to look a little better. :) Did some more on the staff and the skull things.
