Did a couple things today Messed around with the low poly to try to get the top part looking more round ( in unreal), imported a outline shader i made a while ago and built a cell shader, did some lighting on the sword, and did a lot more texturing on the sword. Tried to not do too much because it is kinda far away from…

I think I'm good with the armor now, but I still have a bit to do with the hair (mainly the braid) and the sword before I can move forward from the highpoly sculpt! I'm feeling like I might be good on time if I can get the hair and sword finished in the next two days, but we'll have to see how it goes.
I may be mistaken but I'm pretty sure there are millions of combinations of unique attributes not actual unique models. Typically you just produce a certain number of weapons per tier, so a sword that has attributes that would be appropriate for a level 1-10 character will pick from say, 10 sword models that were made for…
Thanks everyone for the feedback. Going to work on those changes in my next update. AgelosAp - Yes, I have anisotropic turned on for the hair. I'll probably go back and see what I can do to make it look less plastic. @MarcoAntonio - I was thinking the same thing when I was working on her sword... Here's an update on her…
Something I really like to do is take items from cartoons or animes, basically anything that isn't a real object and try to make it real. This time I got sucked into Sword Art Online and thought I'd try my hand at recreating a couple of the swords. This is also the first time I have worked with the PBR workflow. The…
Looks like a sword made out of clay, you need to make that thing look metal and hard even though you're working in Zbrush. You'd probably be way better off doing creating a sword from scratch using sub-d in your 3d modeling software and just add the finishing touch in Zbrush. Good work so far though! :)
Alright, I've worked up the drawing pretty much. I need to adjust for the sword a bit and lengthen the torso but I can do those digitally and this is pretty much what I'll be going with in terms of pose and composition. Edit: The drawing changes have been made. Slightly longer torso, adjusted sword and slightly smaller…
Due to timeline, I think I can only put Leona in the SR background :( Anyway... Praise the Sun, or feel its burning rage!! xD I finish the sword, and the only the final touches would remain :) PD: Is my idea that the "eye of the shield" shouldn't shine like the rest of the armor/shield/sword to give Leona the chance to…
Im really new to 3D modelling but i really like it a lot, I'm watching a ton of tutorials and videos , currently working with 3ds max. Now, i know this video is in blender but i've seen this done in 3ds, which is the technique that the author uses? [ame=" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUn7g7spdXA"]Speed modeling sword -…
