I usually stick to flash for all of my 2D animation work, just because most companies I've worked for with 2d animation use it. I think Toon Boom is more useful for large tv/movie productions, but if all you want to make are sprite animations photoshop/flash are good enough usually -

We do the same pretty much, our prop artists plans and creates the props together with us level artist. We then take the props and dress the levels. Basically you're in charge of everything visually in the level. You are also key to bringing the whole level together, which could be constantly talking to level designers… -

Usually tris, someone my answer that question thinking in quads but nowadays when someone ask "what's the poly count of this mesh ?" he usually means "what's the tris count ?". Yup, I agree with Mark. Going back and forth, having 2 threads for the same show is dumb. But Gir, you can always watch it online. Its usually posted within an hour after airing where I am (EST -5). If i get home after the show starts, I usually do that.
