Here is a promo piece I am working on for our game Overgrowth. I would really like to get take it as far as possible, but not sure if there is anything I am missing at this point...

Hate to suggest changing your point with the most rendering, but this would be a lot stronger if the main dog had his head turned directly at the dog he was stabbing. I also don't think the blue is working so well in the background, kinda deharmonizes the scene. I think a near flat grey might work better.

Quick paint over. Couple layers on the sky, started with a screen and then a saturation (greyish orange screen, greyish saturation)

Imo, the connections of the arms & hands need work. The dog in the foreground looks very good.

I'm assuming the two dogs fighting at the very top is suppose to be the center point. I would try and have more suggestive shapes pointing towards them.

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback! Tried to define the wrist more. I may go back in later to change some shapes and direct the eyes more towards the top.

KP: hehe, I thought the blood squirt was already bordering on ridiculous, but I may play around with more blood squirtiness.

like take his head to the back and make him scream

but as for colors and ambient it look great
