Welcome to Polycount. You should probably state what your intentions are with this piece. Is it for in-game or for pre-render? I'm assuming pre-render since it's smoothed.
So crits on magician:
Seems like there's not much detail. Proportions are probably okay. I'd do a sculpt on this with Zbrush or mudbox. It reads as one big amorphous shape. No muscle definition, no straps or zippers. Just kind of boring.
I think the face looks okay, but it's very flat.
I would do a sculpt on Anubis as well.
Anubis' head looks a little under-proportioned in comparison to the rest of his body. His waste looks a little thin as well.
Keep working away though. A texture on the magician will help with crits.

Edit : just saw other posts , ok , i will texture the guys and start making the plats on Anubis ^_^ ...

it took me 10 minutes to type that.
Perhaps if we could see the wireframe for the body it would help to critique the anatomy.
the topology of the magicans , i wasn't trying to make the body perfect since it will be smoothed and made of black leather , but the texturing of the clothes will be for specular and Bump , etc ...

i just discovered that the rig effect weight should be corrected at the elbows *_* ... , working on it .

Is it based on a story, is there some meaning behind it, some symbols? It really looks very strange to me because I think I am missing the link - the connection between the characters.
good point , yes , it's 8088 A.D. , Anubises were revived from thier egyptian tombs but they show up with an electronic fashion , fighting human beings brutaly , those magicans are defending thier country , ...
i don't claim to have a "super story or concept" , but i think it is good enough .
the scene will be a palace with fallen ceilling .

what is the interaction between the characters
where this is taking place
what the final state of this is to be (animation, still image, etc)

Lets give you my random interpretation:
3 Emo siblings try to impress Anubis. But since they are so short they need to stack themselves on each other in order to reach the holy sight of Anubis. The Pillars in the background are the people that failed before because if you cant impress Anubis he will transform you into a pillar.
The red/ pink background supports the emo emotion and gives it some xtra dramatic feel and Anubis is gray because its a symbolic of being cold or stiff like a stone.
how does that sound?
Any way if you are already creating a scene some brainstorming or researching is always an good idea. Because without any good base the whole picture will fall apart because elements make no sense.

- A palace of ancient time , it's celling is devestated and the pieces are scatterd in the sky , there's a portal in the sky too that is trying to suck everything slowly <no pun is intended> , ...
characters :
- An Anubis is revived from ancient time , but not like the old ones , he is Electronic , secret crew that appeared now !! , most of him will be galavaniezed with plates , and there will be some small fur on his chest <suggested>
- Magicans are the humen in that time who are defending earth , every single person is a magican now ..
time :
somewhere in the future !!
egyptian god fighting emo magicians in an ancient palace in the future, oh yeah and theres a portal above too. less is more sometimes
Very interesting scene though, can't say i've ever seen anything quite like it, makes me happy.
It might be because everything's in the early stages at this point to tell what the crap is going on.
