Don't blame the curiosity of excited fans. Blame the incompetent or untrustworthy people who leak the stuff.
Well, nothing, and everything... It worked, and its a stunning game to look at, but at the same time its full of errors, and really grinds me. I can look at a lot of games and not get annoyed but Halo 3 just narked me... Was it the billion smoothing errors on the models? Was is the hand painted really pixelated and blockey normal maps? Was it the, to be honest, god awful first person weapons...? Was it the human character models from an early PS2 game...?
I just dont know... Thats the issue with Halo 3 for me, its not that its bad, it works together, and the lighting is to be honest some of the finest in a game to date... Its just that... It makes my eyes bleed at the same time...?
I really am hoping Halo:ODST is more gritty than Halo 3. Halo 3 burned my retina's and amazingly I hope ODST is very dark, very grimey and, well, realistic. No not Gears of War Grey or Quake 2 Brown, but you know... A bit of a step in the realistic direction rather than the cartoon style of Halo 3.

Halo was legit when it wasn't an MS megabeast. Second MS bought it I lost all interest, haven't touched it since they force Halo 2.
Uninterested 100% in anything that comes out regarding that series, except the movie cus of Jacksons involvement, even that I am speculative about.
LoTR was off the hook, everything else - meh.

Anyways, ODST looked pretty cool I thought. Interested to see how it feels with the flashing between characters and such. Reach... yea, looking forward to that. The book was pretty sweet.

If you want to keep making a series continue with Myth I and II were my favorite games of all time. Great multiplayer, engaging single player, unique units and gore oh the gore!
I mean for heavens sake Wights are the all time coolest enemy in any game ever.
