So here is my idea for a norm stalker :

The head is too much human on this sketch, but I'll fix that later.

Cool! There are some very cool parts on your sketch(the shins and elbows look cool!) but I think he is a bit too long, making him look kind of 'weak'. Keep up the good work!

kwakkie : About his weak looking, I think a stalker needs to seem weak (in term of armor, defense) because he has to move fast and hide himself asap.

Here is the first pass on the body and the head (not sure about the head, i'll try with some hairs soon)
Forearms are not very detailed because they'll be hide by bands and stuff.

Nice start, as with some of your previous models, I find the neck / collar-bone area is a bit strange, the curve is too smooth, should be more of an angle where the neck meets the torso.

Heh gara, you're right about the guy

but now the head is totally different.

So, here is the new guy after his plastic surgery :

I'll do an other subdivision (to add little more details) and put some asymmetries on it; but before that, I have to work on the torso and all the other parts.

Bal, I'll take care of doing this collar-bone as good as you want

This is a really nice character. You'll be able to do so much with this guy. The greentooth logo... is this acceptable, the way you are incorporating it in your guy here... if so I'm gonna do something different than just some boring logo placed on a armor plate.

Nice work so far on the stalker, keep it up:)

pretty cool! Though it's kinda weird to sew his mouth and make it possible to take off his mouth belt. (like his sewn fabric cannot leave his mouth anyway)
He looks punky cool anyway

@c023dev : These planes in the hairs are just the planes I'll use on my low poly to have some hairs with alpha.

I'll do the asymmetries ( and one more subdiv on the head and the torso) after having enough details on the whole character.

Good to see your character updated. Great work!
The hands with tendons are so realistic.
Only one crit : I found his pectoral muscles "leaking"
a little bit like those of an old guy. Flaten a bit, may be?

Pretty sweet man- the syringes seem a tad small, like they hardly read closeup let alone far away- also it could be cool to add some padding under the shoulder, as metal up against flesh would get mighty chafe-y.

Why don't you get off your shirt and use your own body
as a reference?

I think the nipples (is it the right word?)
shouldn't be so far on the sides. Keep it up man, it is a great piece.

Ok guys, I'm not dead

I've done the low poly, unwrap and bake, and begin the diffuse.
So here is the result (9998 tris) with the normalmap :

And diffuse applied (all the bottom part need to be done (so much work ...

) :

Specular map is just a color for the moment.

Btw, is there a way to have backfaces in the marmoset engine ?
