Hi there,

Since there are alot of talented people on this forum i thought why not post my character and see what you guys think of it. I believe I can learn alot from your comments.

The character will be used in a project of mine,
It has 2990 Tri's and a 1024x512 texture ( this may be to big so im thinking about resizing it to a 512x256 and see how that looks. )

I'm liking the model but it appears you've made cuts that you didn't use. For example, there is a cut down the middle of his stomach but it isn't used to show the line though the stomach. The same goes for the neck, the vertices are lined up with the muscles on the side of the neck but they don't come out. I could be wrong though, I would have to see the smoothed mesh.

put a push modifier on that sucker..give him some girth...he looks way to skinny in the limbs

I see what you mean Sharx, a bit of a waste, and that shape can be done with a normalmap..

And for low odor, i shall make some shots from the side, and see what i can improve

From that point of view, the arms look a bit long. Meaning the lower bit. Perhaps it's the view plus their bend, but also the fingers look too short. :S

I agree with Fjornsvavne that the arms are much too long. Also I'd rethink the proportion of the pectoral - in relation to his otherwise lanky body, the pecs are just too dominant.

other than those things, looks very cool!

I like the fact that the pecs are dominant but that is just a chartoonish twitch.

And to show how long the arm are, i made a quick shot where the arms are down, and they end up where they suppost to. Maybe the length between the fore or upper arm is not totaly correct.

I think some texture overlaying could help. Get some grungy pics and experiment
